Additional information about rental rates

* There is a 6% Texas hotel tax required on all rentals.

* $2,000.00 Security/Damage Deposit on All Rentals.
There is a $200.00 cleaning fee on all weekly stays that will be deducted from your deposit. There is a $165.00 cleaning fee for less than a week stay that will be deducted from your deposit.

* Winter and Spring at Lake Cliff provides a soothing get-away for family or friends looking for the quiet solitude of a lake environment or enjoying a round of golf across the street. There's nothing like cuddling up on a cool winters night in front of the outdoor fireplace with a cup of coffee from the Miele coffee maker or reading a book to relax. Take your daily walk around the grounds of Lakecliff to work off the gourmet meal you've prepared. Summer and Fall sizzle with excitement if you're in to water sports; skiing, swimming from the boat dock, or jet skiing on the lake. Year round you can enjoy the outdoor spa or pool after a long day of playing. World class golf is available to our tenants as well as fabulous day trips to areas in the Texas Hill Country like Marble Falls, Fredricksburg or the night life of 6th street in downtown Austin. If it's shopping you desire, a new million sq ft of Galleria with tons of Shopping & Restaurants is only a 25 minute drive.
